## Introduction to Rounds

The Round-based approach to LIQUIFIED's fundraising comes with the intention of putting together exceptional NFT influencers and traders who have made their mark in the industry, and rewarding them appropriately with guaranteed high yields.

There will be three rounds to LIQUIFIED's liquidity-raising:

1. **Round 1 (R1)** - Q4 2022; participating in this premier round will guarantee higher yields than most (if not all) DeFi projects. Our upcoming Discord will also allow you to interact with each other and our management team, as an exclusive club of successful NFT nerds.
2. **Round 2 (R2)** - This round will open up as soon as R1 has completed. Dates to follow.
3. **Round 3 (R3)** - This round will open up as soon as R2 has completed. Dates to follow.

## How to Participate

Participating in any Round means having to stake your ETH to our new secure NFT liquidity pool for blue-chip projects. You will be able to withdraw these funds at a specified later date - until that date you will accumulate rewards in the form of ETH-based yield.

There will only be **10 participants** in R1 - which shows how exclusive the round will be.

If any member were to drop-out of an earlier round (R1 and R2), we will fill their position by the earliest participating member of a subsequent round. Participating early in any round ensures that you get to fill such 'vacancies' in an earlier round in the case that there are drop-outs. Even if you come late to a round, don't worry, you will be guaranteed to keep your spot (linked to a specific ETH address).

## The LIQUIFIED NFT

LIQUIFIED NFTs are our way of onboarding long-term partners to LIQUIFIED to be part of a small circle of NFT enthusiasts and traders in a way that earns them a very healthy yield on Ethereum. Instead of going down the route of pre-seed fundraising or issuing a speculative ERC-20 token, we decided this represents the best of the NFT industry - an ERC-721 NFT representing a wallet's unique status as a LIQUIFIED Partner.

The LIQUIFIED NFT is invite-only, and ensures we can handpick only those Partners that we wish to work with in the long-term. This also allows us to communicate to an exclusive Discord family where you don't get spammed and actually gain value collectively.

THE LIQUIFIED R1 NFT gives the owner a right to earn aggressive yields from the LIQUIFIED app in return for a set amount of locked up ETH. Locking terms (including the duration) will be determined by the launch day of the NFT.

The LIQUIFIED NFT is a unique way to earn ETH-based interest that ensures:

a. Healthier yields than most DeFi protocols

b. Guaranteed yield that does not decline with market conditions

c. Long-term return - the NFTs are expected to appreciate with time as LIQUIFIED grows to a dominant market-share; think of them as corporate bonds without the mumbo-jumbo of over-regulated markets
